Please read these terms before you apply.
Credflow (Pty) Ltd ("Credflow") is a loan application facilitation service with its registered address at 75 Maude Street, Sandton, Johannesburg, 2146. Credflow is not a bank or a registered credit provider and does not grant loans. We prepare your application and submit it to banks and registered credit providers on your behalf.
You confirm that all information and documents you provide are true, complete and your own. Providing false information may lead to your application being declined and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
A DebiCheck fee is charged for the work Credflow does in preparing and submitting your application. The fee is collected under the debit order mandate you sign, is payable whether or not your loan is approved, and is not a loan guarantee fee. It may be debited monthly for up to 3 further months while Credflow approaches other credit providers.
The final decision on any loan, including the amount, interest rate and term, is made solely by the bank or credit provider. Amounts shown on our calculator are estimates only.
If your loan is approved, repayments are made to the lender under a separate agreement and mandate. Credflow does not collect loan repayments.
By applying, you consent to Credflow processing your personal information, including credit checks, and sharing it with banks and credit providers for the purpose of your application, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013. We keep your information secure and only for as long as needed.
You may cancel your debit order mandate in writing at any time. Fees for work already done before cancellation remain payable.
